Mr. Barnard started his career with McDermid St. Laurence Securities in 1991 as a stockbroker with primary focus in mining, and mining exploration companies. Mr. Barnard then worked at Canaccord Genuity from 1997 until 2004. Mr. Barnard holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Economics from Carlton University and has obtained The Canadian Securities Course license in 1990. He first started working with and financing Foremost Lithium, previously known as Far Resources, with founder, and President Keith Anderson in 2016 and is the Company's largest shareholder. |

Kelly Pladson Corporate Secretary Kelly Pladson Kelly Pladson has provided corporate governance and regulatory compliance services to many TSX Venture and CSE listed companies since 2009. Douglas Mason Non Executive Chairman of the Board Douglas Mason Doug Mason has served as a senior officer and director for a number of public companies, with extensive experience in financings and acquisitions. He brings 30+ years of extensive capital markets experience raising hundreds of millions of dollars for public companies during his tenure. Mr. Mason has been credited as one of the pioneers of the new age beverage category including 20 years as president and chief executive officer of well-known beverage companies Jolt Cola, as well as Clearly Canadian Beverage Corp (NASDAQ: CCBC), a producer of premium beverage products. He is currently the Chairman of the Board and CEO of Magnum Goldcorp Inc. Doug is an active community member serving as past Deputy Chair of the Collingwood School Board of Trustees, a past Chair of the B.C. Sports Hall of Fame and Museum, and of the B.C. Sports Hall of Fame Foundation. Doug serves as a member of the Board of the Fraser River Sturgeon Conservation Society and remains an active member of the Sports Hall Foundation. Andrew was on the advisory board of Lida Resources before Lida went public and is currently on the advisory board of Lakestone Resources, both Canadian Mining Companies Andrew brings proven leadership working at C suite senior management level with corporate experience in the mining sector, utilizing his over 35 years experience as an independent consultant, helping drive business forward through development and implementation of enterprise-wide information technology solutions. He most recently consulted with several mining company senior boards to refocus their operations and streamline costs and efficiencies. |

Jody Dahrouge, B.Sc., Sp.C., – P. Geol. Geological Advisor Jody Dahrouge Mr. Dahrouge has been the President of Dahrouge Geological Consulting Ltd., a North American mineral exploration, consulting, and project management group, since 1988. He is a professional geologist with over 30 years’ experience and holds Bachelor of Science degrees in geology and computing science, both from the University of Alberta. Mr. Dahrouge has been involved in all aspects of mineral exploration and development for a wide variety of commodities worldwide. Dahrouge Geological Consulting Ltd. has been instrumental in a multitude of grassroots discoveries across a wide variety of commodities and currently has boots on the ground on multiple Canadian and American projects. |
Andy Yackulic Technical Advisor Andy Yackulic Mr. Yackulic currently serves as the Vice President of Exploration at Denison Mines, having joined the company in 2024. Before his tenure at Denison, he dedicated 12 years to Cameco Corporation, where he held various positions and led the exploration team responsible for the discovery of the Fox Lake uranium deposit. With nearly twenty years of exploration experience concentrated in the Athabasca Basin region, Mr. Yackulic possesses extensive knowledge of different geological models related to uranium mineralization and demonstrates proficiency in effectively managing and overseeing both greenfield and brownfield exploration initiatives. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from the University of Saskatchewan and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers & Geoscientists of Saskatchewan (APEGS). Additionally, he is recognized as a Qualified Person in compliance with NI 43-101 standards. |
Mark Fedikow Ph.D. P.Geo. CPG Geoscientific Advisor Mark Fedikow Dr. Fedikow has over 40 years of experience as an exploration geochemist and a mineral deposits geologist working in both private and public sectors. He is a Fellow at the Association of Applied Geochemists, where he’s previously worked as a councilor. Dr. Fedikow has also served on numerous industry-related committees. He also pioneered the application of regional multimedia geochemical and mineralogical surveys in support of base and precious metal and diamond exploration in Manitoba. During his 45-year career he has worked for a variety of junior and major mining exploration and mining companies and for the Manitoba Geological Survey as Chief Geologist of the Mineral Deposits Section. In 2001 he received the Provincial Geologists gold medal, a Canadian national award for excellence in the geosciences. In 2002 Mark left the Manitoba Geological Survey to start his own company (Mount Morgan Resources Ltd.) providing consulting services to the metal and hydrocarbon exploration industry. He is currently registered as P.Eng. and P.Geo. with Engineers Geoscientists Manitoba (“EGM”), P.Geo. with the Northwest Territories and Nunavut Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists (NAPEG) and as a Certified Professional Geologist (C.P.G.) with the American Institute of Professional Geologists (“A.I.P.G.”), Westminster, Colorado, U.S.A. |
Lindsay Bottomer P.Geo Geoscientific Advisor Lindsay Bottomer Lindsay is a Vancouver-based geological consultant with over 45 years of experience in international mining exploration and development, most recently focused on epithermal gold and porphyry copper-gold exploration in the American Cordillera and Central Asia. He recently retired from Entree Gold after 10 years as VP Acquisitions/Corporate Development, with major involvement in exploration of the Oyu Tolgoi North and South concessions in Mongolia, leading to discovery of the Hugo North Extension Cu-Au and Heruga Cu-Au-Mo porphyry deposits. He also led the acquisition of the Ann Mason Cu-Mo porphyry deposit in Nevada. He and company founder Keith Anderson conducted the initial site visit to the Winston project and recognized the potential for high grade silver-gold mineralisation in the historic mining camp which had been dormant since the early 1980s. |
Michael Feinstein, CPG, PhD QP Michael Feinstein Dr. Feinstein is an Arizona-based Economic Geologist and Consultant with more than 15 years of experience leading mineral exploration projects for clients in the USA, Mexico, and Canada. As founder and primary of MineOro Explorations, he has managed the exploration/evaluation of more than 40 properties. Significant experience with Tertiary Volcanics and Low-Sulphidation Epithermal Vein Systems. Applied Field Geology, Ore Deposit Genetics, 3D GIS. During an exploration project in Alaska, Michael identified previous drill errors and conceptualized the development of the currently producing Dawson Gold Mine on Prince of Wales Island. A mineral exploration initiative he led in Arizona generated the Chloride Gold Project, currently being explored. “Discoveries are made in the field” and “Whoever sees the most rock wins” are favorite quotes.
